Globe Busker 02:49
When I was fifteen, my parents caught me Smoking Hashish with my friends then they wont anymore give me money So I started to busk in the train when I was coming back from school Passengers looking at   me like if I was a fool It was the time just before christmas I was asking money to buy gifts to my family A christmas sock hanging on my guitar's neck Then I could buy my dope with this small money beck I started busking in Paris Then busked all over Western Australia A el carnaval de Cadiz, quillo! Ou encore à la place de la Victoire de Bordeaux All these places, I have been busking All these places, I've known to know you But I'm not done there's still a lot more coming for bringing you joy, and damn, know you bring me some too

(Text by my friend Debra Salahudden) A man wandered by me  and he heard me, my song.  He knew I was the one  to sing of his son.  His son, just gone,  his son who was I  I knew, that he knew… he just needed to fly.  I sang to him,  I sang to his mum,  I sang to the father,  who’d just lost his son.  I sang of a bird,  I sang of it’s song  I sang of the night  when he knew he was done.  The man knew that I knew  The song of his son,  the broken winged one  Who knew to be gone  He knew that the son,  the son that was I  Needed to sing, needed to fly  He held me  He wept  With his sunken eyes,  We both learned to see  in that dead of the night.  He held me  We wept  With our sunken eyes,  In the dead of the night  We both learned to fly.
