The Pink Palace

The Pink Palace, it's a house not very straight
If you put a ball on the floor, that's funny it will roll, Oh mate...
My inner voice would say that it looks bad
But with all it's different things... just being there makes me glad

Bizarre people in there but don't worry they won't bite
Strange noises in the walls, and in the roof the mice fight (allez)
Burnt stuff in the garden, dogs barking in the night
That's why i loved this house, yes, and felt love at first sight

Hit the switch if you want the light to come
Good music all the time, how can't you think "that' my home"
Pooping in a bin cause of the toilets getting old
That's the style of life of the 12 Station Road

The Pink Palace, it's a house not very straight
If you put a ball on the floor, that's funny it will roll, Oh mate...
My inner voice would say that it looks bad
But with all it's different things... just living here makes me glad

Pretty knowed in the town, cause all of its after parties
It's the weird quircky house down the street
Palace of the sin, house of the laugh and refuge of the freaks
Pushing all the limits, beating the floor with the feet

But it's not my home, it's anybody's and it's no one's
Today everybody come, and tomorrow everybody's gone
Here you'll live the reel, meet people and work on your being reason
But we are all travellers, we must leave cause i will never be done

The Pink Palace, it's a house not very straight
If you put a ball on the floor, that's funny it will roll, Oh mate...
My inner voice would say that it looks bad
But with all it's different things... have been living in there makes me glad
